Before sending any emails, you will have to know what you can find on the interface. First, you need to create a list of recipients which will be saved as an email job. Besides recipients, you must also type the sender's email (yours) and you may compose a message as well. Once created, the job will be displayed at all times in a list, on the upper half of the main window. The composed message, the mailing report and system logs can be viewed on separate navigation tabs, on the lower half. Selecting a job in the list and clicking the Send button on the toolbar will send the composed message to all the added recipients.

It is possible to create multiple jobs, with different recipients, senders and recipients. If you have to send "Merry Christmas" emails, regular reports, or any other bulk emails, you can simply select a created job and execute it. To create a job, you will have to perform different tasks, but nothing too complicated. The job itself can be created by clicking the New button. A window will show up, where you can compose a message. Instead of typing the sender and recipient, you must select an account and a contacts list from two drop menus. These must be created separately with the toolbar buttons from the main interface.

A new mail job can also be created with the aid of a Wizard. When clicking the New button, you may opt to create it manually or with step by step instructions. You will have to perform the same tasks, like selecting a sender, recipients and composing a message, but in separate steps.
